What data MLS Abierta handles, and why.

What we collect

Accounts (name, email, and an encrypted password), the details of published listings, and the messages or enquiries you send about a property. We use cookies only to remember your language and your login session.

How it is used

Only to run the service: showing listings, connecting buyers and sellers with the responsible office or agent, and managing your account. Each enquiry goes only to the office that owns the listing; there is no shared contact pool. We never sell your data to third parties.

Where it lives, and how to leave

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Member offices can export or erase their data at any time from their dashboard. For any request about your data, reach us through the contact options on this site.
